International Criminal Law & Atrocity Crimes

This class is about what the international community can and should do in response to atrocity crimes around the world. In terms of content, the class is a mix of international law and international relations. We will read both legal scholarship and political science scholarship to gain a broader perspective on atrocity crimes.
