The Real Deal

The Real Deal is a transactional law course that will be offered as a capstone experience for San Francisco immersion program students at the end of their spring program. This course will provide students with a practical understanding of transactional law in the context of a simulated negotiation and drafting exercise. Working in teams, students will represent either the investor or a company raising early-stage capital in a simulated transaction.
