Change Management & Corporate Compliance

This course is designed to give students an understanding of corporations’ compliance obligations and how to implement them in ways that can reduce legal risk and exposure. During the class students will learn about the history of corporate compliance efforts, and how they can use change management tools to develop, implement, and maintain programs that meet complex obligations across multiple industries. This class will explore the delicate balance between legal privilege and corporate buy-in in developing adaptable, risk-based programs.
