The Law & Economics of Energy and the Environment
This course examines the basic economic frameworks underlying regulation of activities that impact the environment. The course will focus on what economics can, and, importantly, what it cannot tell us, about how to design environmental regulation. Readings will cover a broad range of disciplines.
