AI Governance in Investing
This course explores the rapidly evolving intersection of legal governance of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and platforms and investing in companies who build and deploy AI. Students will examine legal governance around AI from multiple perspectives. Through guest speakers, case studies, and interactive exercises, students will learn how governance practices impact both investment outcomes and the trajectory of AI innovation.
