International Law

This course provides an introduction to the international legal system, with an emphasis on basic concepts concerning the substantive, institutional and decision-making dimensions of international law. The course will deal with different substantive areas of international law—including human rights and regulation of the global economy—and students interested in a detailed exploration of these areas should consider this course as a rigorous foundation for advanced courses in these specialized sub-fields.
