Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility

This course is designed to be interactive, focusing on realistic ethical problems that lawyers face. This 3 hour section delves deeper into the professional and ethical obligations of lawyers and judges than the 2 hour class. Course materials and discussions focus on what it means to be a lawyer, lawyer's role in the rule of law and lawyer's obligations to society and clients. We will develop an understanding of what it means to be a professional.
