Civil Litigation Process: Procedure & Remedies
This course covers the start, evolution and conclusion of a lawsuit in civil court, along with the preemptive, interlocutory, emergency, temporary and permanent remedies available to plaintiffs through the different parts of the civil litigation process. The course is designed to familiarize STEM professionals and non-legal professionals generally with the civil litigation process and the concept of equitable remedies from a practical perspective.
