Civil Procedure II

This class addresses topics in Civil Procedure that were not covered or only touched upon in Civil Procedure I. It addresses the Constitutional Right to a jury trial in (some) civil cases, judicial control of the jury, interlocutory appeals, claim and issue preclusion, and named multiparty civil litigation. It is a "lawyer's law" class, covering important technical issues that a civil litigator should master and the philosophical commitments underlying them.
