Samantha Kwok-Ting Woo
Associate Dean of Community Engagement and Access
Samantha Kwok-Ting Woo is the Associate Dean of Community Engagement and Access. In this role, Samantha advises individual students and student organizations, develops programs aimed at promoting a supportive, welcoming Law School community, implements pre-law initiatives to expand pathways to the legal profession for individuals who may have more limited access to information and resources relating to law school and the legal profession, and collaborates with other Northwestern Pritzker Law departments and external partners in connection with strategic initiatives related to community engagement.
Samantha joined the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law staff in January 2023. Prior to that time, Samantha worked over a decade as an associate, then partner, at Jones Day in the Firm’s labor and employment practice group. She is a 2012 graduate of Northwestern Pritzker Law, where she was a member of the Northwestern Law Review, Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and Diversity Coalition. Samantha is active in the legal community, including in the Asian American Bar Association of Greater Chicago and National Employment Law Council. Since 2018, she also has served as a member of the Advisory Board of the Northwestern Pritzker Law Bluhm Legal Clinic. Samantha received the Volunteer Service Award in 2024, which recognizes alumni for their exceptional volunteer service and ongoing commitment to Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.
Anika Gray 
Director of Community Engagement and Access
Anika Gray supports the work of the Office of Community Engagement and Access as its Director. Anika has been at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law since June 2023. She has a rich array of development and legal experience spanning the public and private sectors in the U.S. and the Caribbean. She was the Gender and Inclusion Specialist for the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) where she advised and supported regional Chief Justices as well as the President of the CCJ to develop gender-responsive programs and policies for the judiciary, including the development of specialized sexual offences courts and gender sensitivity training and protocol for judges. She has also worked for the World Bank Group in Washington DC, advising private sector clients on the business case for investing in gender, and with the UN, developing programs to improve women’s economic empowerment and prevent and respond to gender-based violence.
Anika began her legal career with Aids-Free World, where she carried out strategic litigation focusing on dismantling homophobic laws impacting LGBTQ+ rights in Jamaica and other Caribbean countries. In her role as Caribbean Advocacy Advisor for Outright International, she also worked on improving the policy and legislative environment for LGBTQ+ people. Additionally, she worked with the Independent Commission of Investigations in Jamaica providing legal opinions on whether members of the police should face criminal sanctions for extra-judicial actions perpetrated against civilians. Anika earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of West Indies, a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford, and a Master of Law from Harvard Law School. She is also a 2014 Chevening Scholar. She is called to the Bar in Jamaica, Antigua and Barbuda and the Commonwealth of Dominica.
Belén Dominguez
Program Coordinator, Community Engagement and Access
Belén Dominguez is the Program Coordinator for the Office of Community Engagement and Access In this role, Belén manages the Office’s day-to-day operations, as well as planning, executing, and evaluating the success of programs and initiatives aimed at promoting a supportive, welcoming Law School community. Belén also works closely with student organizations, other Northwestern Pritzker Law departments, and external partners to advance collaboration and foster active engagement. In addition, Belén plays a key role in coordinating and implementing the Office’s pre-law programming designed to expand access to the field of law.
Prior to joining the Law School staff in 2023, Belen worked as a program manager for the Corporate Work Study Program at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School where she matched high school students with corporate partners across the Chicagoland area and mentored students throughout their work study experience. Belén received her Bachelor of Arts from College of Saint Benedict, double-majoring in Hispanic studies and political science (with a concentration in pre-law) and double-minored in communication and Latin American studies.
Isabella Wynne-Markham 
Program Assistant, Community Engagement and Access
Isabella Wynne-Markham supports the work of the Office of Community Engagement and Access as its Program Assistant. Isabella has been at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law since October of 2023. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in May of 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Analysis and Art History. Before coming to the Law School, Isabella worked at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. In college, she worked as a Study Abroad Peer Advisor, an Undergraduate Assistant for the Washington University Department of Art History and Archaeology, and as a Student Consultant for the Interdisciplinary Environmental Clinic at the Washington University School of Law.
