Samantha WooSamantha Kwok-Ting Woo
Interim Associate Dean of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Samantha Kwok-Ting Woo is the Interim Associate Dean of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. In that role, Samantha advises individual students and student affinity organizations, develops programs and trainings aimed at promoting an inclusive environment and fostering a sense of belonging, implements pipeline initiatives to strengthen pathways to the legal profession for individuals with identities that are historically underrepresented in law school and the field of law, and supports other Northwestern Law departments and external partners in connection with strategic initiatives related to diversity, inclusion, and community building. Samantha joined the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law staff in January 2023 as the Director of the Office of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. Prior to that time, Samantha worked over a decade as an associate, then partner, at Jones Day in the Firm’s labor and employment practice group. She is a 2012 graduate of Northwestern Law, where she was a member of the Northwestern Law Review, Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and Diversity Coalition. Samantha is active in both the legal and DEI communities, including in the Asian American Bar Association of Greater Chicago, National Employment Law Council, and Chicago Committee on Minorities in Large Law Firms. Since 2018, she also has served as a member of the Advisory Board of the Northwestern Law Bluhm Legal Clinic. 


BelenBelén Dominguez
Program Assistant, Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Belén Dominguez is the Program Assistant for the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. In that role, Belén coordinates the planning and execution of events and initiatives sponsored by the Office of DEI for the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law community. Belén also works closely with student affinity organizations and other departments to advance collaboration and foster active engagement amongst all members of the Northwestern Law community. Prior to joining the Law School staff in 2023, Belen worked as a Program Manager for the Corporate Work Study Program at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School where she matched high school students with corporate partners across the Chicagoland area and mentored students throughout their work study experience. Belén received her BA from College of Saint Benedict where she double-majored in Hispanic Studies and Political Science (with a concentration in Pre-Law) and double-minored in Communication and Latin American Studies.
