Law School Staff Advisory Council

LSSAC is a staff-led, staff-focused group dedicated to supporting and strengthening the Law School community. As volunteer staff members, we play an active role in advising and contributing to decisions that impact staff experience, engagement, and workplace culture.

At our core, LSSAC exists to build connection and ensure that staff feel informed, supported, and heard. We advocate for clear and effective communication of policies and procedures, promote professional development opportunities, sponsor community-building events, and serve as an accessible resource for staff across the Law School.

This group is truly for staff, by staff. We recognize the significant contributions staff make every day, and LSSAC is here to support that work by fostering community and creating space for feedback, ideas, and collaboration.
