Menna is a Director of Tax – Treasury and Capital Markets at PayPal. Prior to joining PayPal, she worked at Ernst & Young and McDermott, Will & Emery. Menna’s practice focuses on the tax implications of treasury functions, including financial transactions, capital structure issues, foreign currency transactions, and hedging.
