Biography
Annette Kilian began her career at Arthur Young, working in both the tax and audit practices. Annette spent most of her career at McDonald’s Corporation where she was a senior member of the tax leadership team. As a Senior Director, she was responsible for Tax Risk Management and led the global Tax Accounting Group in ensuring worldwide compliance with all aspects of SEC and US GAAP tax reporting requirements. She established the first Transfer Pricing Group and worked closely with the tax audit team and external advisors to strategically defend tax positions taken.
