Biography

Professor Ari Glogower is a nationally recognized expert in federal tax law and policy. His research focuses on progressive tax theory and design, and on economic inequality in the tax system.

Professor Glogower’s research has been published in leading general and tax journals. His works investigate the design of capital income and wealth taxes, inequality in tax compliance, Congress’s taxing power under the Constitution, and horizons for tax reform. Professor Glogower has advised policymakers on major federal tax reform proposals, and his work has been featured in national media. He is currently writing a book with Cambridge University Press on progressive taxation and tax compliance.
