Biography

Daniel B. Rodriguez, the Harold Washington Professor at the Law School, served as dean of the Law School from January 2012 through August 2018.

Professor Rodriguez is an elected member of the American Academy of Arts & Sciences and a council member of the American Law Institute. His principal academic work is in the areas of administrative law, local government law, statutory interpretation, federal and state constitutional law, and the law-business-technology interface.
