Biography

Dhruv Aggarwal is a law and finance scholar primarily interested in the economic analysis of corporate and securities law. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in law and social science journals, including the Journal of Financial Economics, the Journal of Law and Economics, the Journal of Empirical Legal Studies, the Northwestern University Law Review, the Southern California Law Review, the Wisconsin Law Review, and the Harvard Business Law Review. He has presented his work at venues including the annual meetings of the American Law and Economics Association and Conference on Empirical Legal Studies. Aggarwal received a BA in economics, PhD in financial economics, and JD from Yale University.
