Biography

Prior to joining the Tax Program faculty, Professor Tokić practiced in the National Tax Department of Ernst & Young LLP and in the tax group of McDermott Will & Emery’s Chicago office. Her practice focused on international tax planning and advising multinational corporations on cross-border transactions. Professor Tokić has also held tenure-track teaching positions at Northern Illinois University College of Law and Texas Tech University School of Law. She has co-authored a casebook on international taxation and has published numerous articles in tax journals and law reviews.
