Biography

Laura Rankin teaches Communication and Legal Reasoning. Before joining the Northwestern Pritzker Law faculty, she taught legal writing to summer associates at Sidley Austin LLP for ten years and also taught an advanced legal writing course as an adjunct professor at The John Marshall School of Law. Prior to teaching, Professor Rankin was a litigation associate at Sidley Austin LLP where her practice focused on intellectual property disputes.
