Biography

Paul C. Pencak is currently a Visiting Professor of Practice having initially joined the tax faculty as an Adjunct Professor in 1996.  Paul began his career with Arthur Young in 1984 and is currently a managing director in Ernst & Young’s National Tax Department, with a practice focused primarily on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, and repatriation.  Paul received his JD, cum laude, from the Northwestern University School of Law in 1990 where served as an associate editor of The Law Review and his BSc, with highest honors, from DePaul University in 1982.  Paul is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
