Biography
Rebecca Wallenfelsz is a partner at Chapman and Cutler LLP and leader of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Department. Rebecca has extensive experience representing individuals and institutions in estate planning and trust and estate administration matters, including addressing fiduciary risk issues, tax issues and litigation matters, such as will and trust construction, breach of fiduciary duty and contested probate matters.
