Biography
Sue Provenzano is the William M. Trumbull Professor of Practice. Her research applies philosophical, linguistic, and rhetorical theories of meaning to interpretive questions in civil procedure. She assists the Bluhm Legal Clinic’s Appellate Advocacy Center with U.S. Supreme Court litigation, and brings years of litigation experience to her courses in civil procedure, evidence, employment discrimination, and employment law. Professor Provenzano is the grateful recipient of the Robert Childres Memorial Award for Teaching Excellence, along with awards for Outstanding 1L Class Professor, Outstanding Small Class Professor, and the Master of Science in Law-Online Program’s Outstanding Teacher.
