Tuition and Financial Aid

Scholarships

The law school awards scholarships to applicants on a rolling basis after an offer of admission has been made. All admitted applicants are automatically under consideration for a scholarship award; no additional forms are required. Scholarships typically only cover a portion of tuition costs. Therefore, applicants are encouraged to investigate other sources of support, including employers and government agencies, scholarship funds, and family and personal funds.

Loans

If you wish to borrow funds from a private lender in the US, the Chicago Office of Financial Aid has provided a list of preferred lenders on their website. Note that some of these lenders require a co-signer who is a US citizen or permanent resident. For more information, please contact the Chicago Office of Financial Aid.

Tuition and Cost of Attendance

Please see the Chicago Office of Financial Aid website for Information about tuition and the cost of attendance for the General LLM Program. The figures listed are for the current academic year and are expected to increase in subsequent years.
