Symposium

The Future of Innovation, Sustainability, and the Law's Annual Animal Law Symposium, hosted by the Program on Food and Animal Law and Sustainability and the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center, brings together leading scholars, practitioners, and advocates to explore emerging legal challenges at the intersection of animal welfare, food systems, and sustainability. Designed as a forward‑looking forum, this symposium fosters interdisciplinary dialogue and illuminates evolving legal frameworks shaping the future of animals and the environment.

We have hosted community demo day for TechStars Chicago. 

When hosting events and meetings, the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center will serve plant-based meals by default. This commitment to Greener by Default allows us to extend our core values of inclusivity and sustainability to our food choices.
