Past Leadership Roundtables on Talent Analytics

Fifth Annual Leadership Roundtable on Talent Analytics
Thursday, October 11 - Friday, October 12, 2018
This roundtable will be a small invitation-only event that is intended for analysts in leadership positions in firms with an established Talent Analytics practice, as well as academics with expertise in this area. The roundtable will continue to focus on topics at the more advanced end of the analytics spectrum and will again emphasize discussion and interactive knowledge exchange.
At this year’s roundtable, we will be adding two sessions on Analytics for the Evolution of Work. These panels will explore the use of talent analytics to develop practices that benefit both firms and employees through improved economic mobility and a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
