Supreme Court Clinic Moot in Timbs v. Indiana

 Please join the Supreme Court Clinic at a moot court to prepare arguing counsel in Timbs v. Indiana.  The QP is whether the Eighth Amendment's Excessive Fines clause applies to the states via the 14th Amendment.
