The Tax Lawyer

Students in the Tax Program have an opportunity to serve as student editors or staff for The Tax Lawyer, the flagship journal of the ABA's Tax Section. The Tax Lawyer publishes tax articles written by the country’s foremost tax experts in private practice, government, and academia, as well as commentary prepared by committees of the Tax Section providing advice and perspective on current tax issues to the Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service.

A number of students may receive full-tuition scholarships for serving on the student editorial board. See The Dean's Scholarship. In addition, other students may serve as staff editors and assist in the editing process for the four annual issues of The Tax Lawyer.
